Basalt Interiors processes orders Monday through Friday, 10am-6pm, excluding federal holidays. Most orders ship within one week, but we do not make any guarantees on delivery times.
Most items will be shipped directly from our retail store in San Luis Obispo, CA, however any items drop-shipped directly from a vendor are custom orders and may take anywhere from 4-8 weeks to process. Because of this, items placed in one order may ship separately. In these circumstances, we will contact you via phone and email within 24 hours.
Large pieces, including furniture and select non-furniture items, will be delivered and unpacked inside your home by experienced white glove delivery service professionals. For your convenience, all packing materials will be removed after your pieces have been inspected. Please inspect your item(s) carefully before our delivery professionals leave your home.
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
IN-STORE PICKUP
Basalt Interiors will notify you via phone and email when your items arrive and are ready for you to pick them up.
Please note that if you choose "In-Store Pickup & Local Delivery" at checkout, large furniture items will be shipped directly to you, while all other smaller items will be shipped to our store for you to pickup.
