We are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience at Basalt Interiors. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from receipt of your order to email a return request to email@example.com. Please include “Webstore Return” in the subject line.
All refunds are issued via original payment method. Late returns will be considered at Basalt Interiors’ discretion and may only be refunded for store credit.
We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. All items must be unused and in new condition with any tags still attached. All original boxes must be kept in order to file a damage claim with the carrier.
Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and sent back to customer. Please allow 7 days for your return to be processed. Any custom orders or sale items are Final Sale.
Please note that many of our products are hand-made and/or use natural materials, and therefore they may have blemishes or differences in size, texture, and color between items. These items are meant to be unique, therefore the product cannot be considered defective.
